Interdisciplinary performance that speaks about the trauma of sexual abuse and the search for catharsis and healing. It is an impactful, vulnerable work that brings attention to a difficult, yet important topic that affects the majority of women all over the world.

Pecado Inmaculado is the result of a research that is deeply rooted in self-empowerment and the pursuit of pleasure and healing through movement and voice, using different somatic and ritualistic techniques that put the mind and body in a trance-like state in order to heal and try to overcome past traumatic experiences. This performance talks about pain and the struggles with communication after traumatic events and it aims to address the problematics of living in a conservative, patriarchal system that covers and even protects misogyny and rape culture.
