Intuition Machine is an immersive performance and interactive installation where dance animates artificial intelligence (AI). As you enter the space, a light body intuits the presence and movements of performer and audiences, and transforms their impulses into motion, sound, and images.

Most AI-systems operate on language. Here, all responses come from the dancing body. Intuition Machine doesn’t track steps, but the quality of movement, intention, and energy. In this ongoing exchange, human and machine sense, predict, and deceive one another.

Step closer and activate Intuition Machine. No instructions, move freely, follow your intuition. Enter a hybrid cultural space where dance, technology and collective presence collide into new forms of experience and meaning.

Intuition Machine builds on over twenty years of research at ICK into the intuitive body in relation to new technologies. Supported by PREMiERE HorizonEU and now by DigitALL, the project develops embodied knowledge and movement-based AI technologies that will be shared with the cultural sector.
