Stay Soft
Frascati and Theater Utrecht join forces for a strong theatrical programme around the theme STAY SOFT. From shared values, we are organising a multi-day festival in our house from 15–17 April. Care, vulnerability and radical softness are not a side note, but the point of departure.
In a world that is hardening, we create soft spaces for difficult conversations. Featuring work by Naomi Velissariou, Casper Vandeputte, Carolina Bianchi, Floor Houwink ten Cate and Jaha Koo.
The artwork Stay Soft by Goldendean, shown above, will be on view free of charge in the Frascati Café. Featuring the words “Stay Soft” in large, bold letters, the piece — with its soft, organic, generous curves that recall bodies outside dominant beauty standards — invites visitors to be tender, to touch, and even to embrace this glowing, breathing sculpture.
