Emma van den Elshout

My name is Emma van den Elshout (she/her). I graduated in 2022 from the Maastricht Academy of Performing Arts as a theatre director. My work questions why things are the way they are (because I often don’t understand why things are ‘just’ the way they are).
I have created work for/with ViaRudolphi (Het Debuut), Frascati Producties, and Likeminds (in collaboration with Just van Bommel). I have worked as an assistant director for, among others, Mart van Berckel and Silke van Kamp. Since 2023, I have been a co–artistic coordinator of ENTER Festival.
