Antonella Fittipaldi
Verbond-maker
Antonella Fittipaldi (she/they) is an artist and pedagogue from Southern Italy. Antonella graduated in 2022 as part of the program SNDO (School for new dance Development) of the Academie Voor Theater en Dans in Amsterdam and in 2017 at the Università Statale di Milano, in Hermeneutics at the Philosophy Department. Her/their work as pedagogue and maker is research oriented and explores the relation between words, body autobiofictional narratives and architecture from a transdisciplinary and intersectional feminist perspective.
She/ they contributed to the opening of "Het Verbond" and funded the pedagogical research collective Word of Mouth, focusing on feminine knowledge from rural areas of the South of Italy, together with Keerthi Basavarajaiah, Yujing Liu, Jija Sohn and Parisa Madani. Her/Their work is shared in Institutional and self-organised/funded set ups and always develops in a collaborative modality.
