FUCK NATO: The musical is a one-woman show that uses comedy, music and collective action to try and activate the audience beyond the walls of the theatre.

Salka is a stand-up comedian from Iceland who comes from a family of anti-war activists. In FUCK NATO: The Musical, she traces her family's history of throwing eggs at US soldiers and joining the Gaza Flotilla, while asking what role theatre can still play in a time of militarization, war and genocide. She decides to make a musical to test whether theatre can still produce collective action in a time of militarization, war and genocide - gradually inviting the audience to consider what they might be willing to do together once the show is over.
