From Wednesday, July 2 to Sunday, July 13, Julidans transforms Amsterdam into a celebration of international contemporary dance. Choreographers from the Netherlands and abroad present their work in various theaters, on the streets, and in the park — with Internationaal Theater Amsterdam as the vibrant heart of the festival.

Julidans is the festival that inspires both connoisseurs and curious minds. The program is full of distinctive dance creators — from established icons to provocateurs, from legends to boundary-breakers — who show us what dance is and what it can be.

We are living in an uncertain time of profound transformation, in which many people feel vulnerable. We ask ourselves what the future holds and how we relate to a new reality. In the search for meaning and grounding, the unifying power of art is more essential than ever. Dance allows us to empathize and think alongside others. Immerse yourself fully in the world of contemporary dance and create your own Julidans evening at Frascati. On Wednesday, July 2 and Thursday, July 3, you can start with "Bless the Sound that Saved a Witch like me" in Frascati 2 and then head over to Frascati 1 for (headbang).

On Saturday, July 5 and Sunday, July 6, begin your evening with When The Bleeding Stops. After a generous intermission in which you can grab a bite in Frascati Café, you end the night with The Polish Project.
